Senior All Night Graduation Party Information for 2014
Welcome to Senior year….what a ride it’s been. Graduation is a mere nine months away and a great way to send our kids off in style is to have them participate in the Grad Night party. Immediately following the commencement ceremony, the new graduates are whisked away to secret locations for a night of fun, friendship, games and a great time. A “last hurrah” if you will.
When you sign your student up for the party, you will need to make sure all of the required forms are also turned in. Not only will we need the registration form but the “hold harmless” agreement and emergency/medical info as well. If needed, there will also be a food allergy form to fill out at a later date. Only those students with paid registrations and all the appropriate forms signed/received will be allowed to attend. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Please pay special attention to the fact that there is ZERO tolerance for alcohol, cigarettes and drugs. Cell phones are NOT allowed (due to the possibility of damage or loss). This is not our rule but we do abide by the rules outlined by Grad Nights. Any student that does not abide by the rules will not be allowed to participate and will be asked to leave the bus loading area the night of the event, thus resulting in forfeiture of their payment. If any student is found to be carrying any of the prohibited items, their emergency contact person will be notified and be asked to pick them up. Medically necessary items (epi pens, insulin, etc.) are the only exception and it will be the students responsibility to make sure they have what they need during the event. Our primary concern is for the safety of all participants.
IF YOU ARE A QUALIFIED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AND WOULD LIKE TO VOLUNTEER FOR THIS EVENT, PLEASE CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE….WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU AS PART OF THE CHAPERONE TEAM.
Committee members will be available during Student Start-Up to answer any questions, take your payment (take advantage of the lower price before it goes up), have extra forms and spread the excitement.
We want as many seniors to be able to participate as possible. That said, we know this is going to be a very expensive year. If you are able to include a few extra dollars with your payment, that will go in a “scholarship fund” for those students who want to attend but financial difficulties may preclude them from doing so.
We have a phenomenal group of parents who have volunteered their time to make sure our seniors have a fantabulous experience. Teaching our future leaders that they can have fun at parties WITHOUT the use of drugs or alcohol is just one of the benefits from having a celebration like this for our kids.
Thanks for supporting the Class of 2014.

Are your students GRAD READY? Jostens is partnering with Glacier Peak High School to make sure there are no empty seats at graduation. Jostens will be at GPHS on Tuesday, November 5th to take orders for cap & gown packages, announcements and other senior gear. Students will bring home an order packet on October 29th, so don’t forget to fill it out and have them return it on order day. Prices WILL increase after November so don’t wait to place your order!
*Note:* For the graduation ceremony, each student is required to order a Cap & Gown unit, which includes a cap, gown, tassel and stole.
