Graduation Picture Information
Senior All Night Graduation Party Information for 2013
The GPHS Parent Organization sponsors an all night graduation party which includes transportation, food and a variety of fun-filled activities throughout the night. Students are bussed to the venue(s) directly following the graduation ceremony and are returned to GPHS the next morning.
Attention Seniors!
Did you procrastinate about the All Night Grad Party?
Do you still want to attend but have not yet turned in payment and paperwork?
The Grad Party Committee will offer you one more chance.
ABSOLUTE LAST CHANCE: We will collect payment and paperwork
FRIDAY MAY 31st 7:00 TO 7:30 A.M. outside the Main Office
Space will be limited so it will be on a “first come first served” basis
Permission to Attend/Hold Harmless Agreement
Allergies & Medications
We will be e-mailing every registered participant an Allergy form. If you have severe food allergies we need to know so we can make this experience as safe as possible for you. If you need to have medications with you, we will assign a chaperone to hold on to them for you.
No Phones
Because this event is meant to be alcohol and drug free and participants sign an agreement to stay with the group all night, Grad Nights requires that no students may carry cell phones at the event. We will collect phones before you board the bus and will do a quick pat down on all participants. Ziploc bags will be on hand for you to label and place your phone/keys, etc. in and they will be waiting for you as you step off the bus at the end of the party, or you can leave them with a parent after graduation. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
